Develop, implement and asses the coaching education pathway in collaboration with all UWW Commissions, especially the Athletes, Scientific and Technical
Promote and develop the UWW academy
Provide expertise and recommendation for the programme planning, and the development of technical materials for coaches.
Establish the minimum standards of coach certification
Communicate with the NFs and stakeholders on the latest trends and update regularly coaching programme
Assist with the development of programme delivery for NFs in collaboration with UWW DD
Submit recommendations related to coach development, certification, and programme delivery.
