Goals and Objectives:
- Develop, implement and asses the coaching education pathway in collaboration with all UWW Commissions, especially the Athletes, Scientific and Technical
- Promote and develop the UWW academy
- Provide expertise and recommendation for the programme planning, and the development of technical materials for coaches.
- Establish the minimum standards of coach certification
- Communicate with the NFs and stakeholders on the latest trends and update regularly coaching programme
- Assist with the development of programme delivery for NFs in collaboration with UWW DD
- Submit recommendations related to coach development, certification, and programme delivery.
