BRATISLAVA, Slovakia (August 20) -- The fifth day of the U20 World Wrestling Championships in Bratislava will see three Women's Wrestling and two Freestyle weight classes. The women's will be in action in 57kg, 59kg and 68kg while Freestyle will be in 61kg and 86kg.

14:30: Japan has two out of two in the semifinals. Itsuki YONASHIRO (JPN) hits a four-pointer in his 13-3 win over Nurettin KAPAL (TUR) to book a semifinal spot against Bekassyl ASSAMBEK (KAZ), the U20 Asian champion.
14:15: Aaron SEIDEL (USA) gets the trap-arm-gut and gets a 13-2 win over Jamal ABBASOV (AZE) to enter the semifinals at 61kg. Seidel looks on a mission in Bratislava.
14:05: Natsura OKAZAWA (JPN) brings out the leg-lace and beats Dachi PAPINASHVILI (GEO) 13-2 to enter the semifinals at 86kg. He will face Aeoden SINCLAIR (USA) for a spot in the final.
13:52: Bekassyl ASSAMBEK (KAZ) blanks Zelimkhan CHANIEV (RUS), 10-0, in the quarterfinals at 61kg. Chaniev is left shocked as Assambek moves into the semifinals.
13:45: Alp Arslan BEGENJOV (TKM) takes 3:39 to beat Mahammad ABASZADA (AZE), 14-1, and enter the 86kg semifinals. Begenjov will face Akhmad MUKUTOV (RUS) for a place in the final
13:15: Aeoden SINCLAIR (USA) with two takedowns to hold his 4-4 criteria against Abolfazl SHAMSIPOUR (IRI) and advance to the semifinals at 86kg. Sinclair countered the first attack from Shamsipour to score a takedown and lead 2-1. Shamsipour managed two stepouts but Sinclair took a 4-3 lead with a head-outside single. As Sinclair was fleeing in the final 10 seconds, he was docked a point but kept the criteria.
13:05: A 40-second fall for Hiunai HURBANOVA (AZE) over Agnia KRAKOVSKA (CAN) and she is back in the semifinals of the U20 World Championships, this year at 57kg.
13:00: Alp Arslan BEGENJOV (TKM) with a stunning fireman's carry for four points against Yahia ELIWA (EGY) as he moves into the quarterfinals at 86kg with a 16-4 win. Begenjov looks good to win his second U20 world title
12:55: Former U17 world champion Abolfazl SHAMSIPOUR (IRI) sets up a quarterfinal against Aedeon SINCLAIR (USA) after a technical superiority 10-0 win over Nick SCHERRER (SUI) at 86kg.
12:52: Itsuki YONASHIRO (JPN) hands MAYANK (IND) a 10-0 beating. He scores a go behind and turn to lea d4-0 before using a cradle to double the lead. He finishes the bout with another takedown and advances at 61kg
12:45: Another top win for the United States as Aeoden SINCLAIR (USA) beats Askhab KHAJIYEV (KAZ), 12-2, at 86kg. Sinclair keeps bringing the pressure to Khajiyev who has just could not defend the offense of the American
12:35: Akhmad MUKUTOV (RUS) comes out all blazing and rocks Sefa CESUR (TUR) with big moves to win 11-0 and advance at 86kg
12:22: Former U20 European champion Dachi PAPINASHVILI (GEO) blanks Magor LORINCZ (HUN) and enters the quarterfinals at 86kg. He finished without a medal last year.
11:55: How quick was that from Konami ONO (JPN)! She opens her U20 Worlds with a fall over Chahd JELJELI (TUN) at 57kg. Ono is a former U17 world silver medalist and sister of world champion Masanosuke ONO (JPN).
11:50: Hiunai HURBANOVA (AZE) advances to the quarterfinals with an 11-1 win over Ulbiyke KARLYBAEVA (UZB). She has looked in extreme control at 57kg.
11:45: Mansi LATHER (IND) hands three-time U17 world champion Taina FERNANDEZ (USA) her first international loss. Later and Fernandez meet in the opening round at 68kg and the American hits a leg attack and finishes the takedown for a 2-0 lead. However, Fernandez starts to get the difference of the age group as Lather just puts her strength in defending the attacks. Lather counters and keep Fernandez in check and wins 10-2 at 68kg
11:15: In the marquee match-up of the morning, returning silver medalist Ahora KHATERI (IRI) faced Aaron SEIDEL (USA). Khateri and Seidel scored stepouts with Khateri leading 2-1 at the break. Khateri goes for the double leg attack in the second period which is countered by Seidel and he turns Khateri two times to lead 7-2. One turn is cancelled after challenge but Seidel still leads 5-2. Khateri keeps going for far away shots Seidel keeps countering. A tired Khateri and a pacing Seidel and the Iranian drops the opening bout 15-4
11:00: Former U20 world champion Alp Arslan BEGENJOV (TKM) with his big moves as he beats Bolati NA ERTAI (CHN), 10-0, at 86kg and advances. He is Turkmenistan's first-ever U20 world champion
10:40: Hiunai HURBANOVA (AZE), the returning bronze medalist at 59kg, moves down to 57kg and begins with a 12-0 victory over Liliana KAPUVARI (HUN), 12-1.

10:00: The day will start with repechage rounds before we move into the qualification in Women's Wrestling and Freestyle. Three-time U17 world champion Taina FERNANDEZ (USA) is making her U20 debut.
