Feng ZHOU (CHN) qualified for 2nd Olympics by winning Asian qualifying tournament. Started out sluggish in winning group matches, and gave up early points to Hyeonyeong PARK (KOR) in decisive semifinal before storming to 12-2 technical fall. Capped tournament with dominant 8-0 win over Meerim ZHUMANAZAROVA (KGZ)...Dealt disappointing 9-4 loss in 2nd round of 2019 World Championships by Danielle LAPPAGE (CAN)...Came back with title at World Military Games, then scored stunning 8-8 victory over world champion Tamyra MENSAH (USA) in final of 2020 Matteo Pellicone tournament, coming back from 0-8 deficit...World bronze medalist in 2018 and silver medalist in 2015....At Rio 2016 Olympics, lost opening match to Aline FOCKEN (GER)...Asian Games champion in 2014 and 2018...5-time medalist at Asian Championships, with golds in 2015 and 2018...Has lost two close career meetings with Rio 2016 champion Sara DOSHO (JPN), 7-7 in semifinals of 2017 Asian Championships and 3-2 in final at 2019 Asian Championships.
