Lost to Sonam SONAM (IND) in round-robin group, but scored 10-0 technical fall over 2014 world champion Tserenchimed SUKHEE (MGL) in semifinals to clinch Tokyo ticket. Rematch with Sonam in final never came about as Indian defaulted due to knee injury...Placed third at 2020 Matteo Pellicone Tournament in senior debut, beating Kayla MIRACLE (USA) in bronze-medal match. Nearly knocked off world champion Aisuluu TYNYBEKOVA (KGZ) in first round. Was leading 6-4 but gave up takedown with 10 seconds left to lose 6-6 on criteria....Was dispatched to Olympic qualifier after beating Xiaojuan LUO in national competition. Luo, the Asian 65kg champion, finished 26th at 2019 World Championships...Started wrestling at age 12...Originally trained in weightlifting because she was so strong.
