BIOGRAPHY
Armen MELIKYAN (ARM) managed to earn a ticket to Tokyo after beating Chung Han-jae (KOR) in the semifinal at the World Qualifiers in Sofia, Bulgaria. A U23 World champion for Armenia, Melikyan did not compete at the 2019 Worlds and the European Qualifiers, the first two events to win the spot for Tokyo Games.
