After failing to qualify for the Rio Games, Aliaksandr HUSHTYN (BLR) managed to earn a ticket to the Tokyo Games with a top-two finish at the European Qualifiers in Budapest. In a one-sided semifinal, he defeated Abraham CONYEDO (ITA) to qualify. He won a silver medal at the 2020 Individual World Cup and is a three-time silver medalist at the European Championships. Earlier he used to compete in the 86kg weight class.
