Defending champion at 110kg, Cemal BAKIR (TUR) won his second straight gold medal at the U17 World Championships in Istanbul.

Day Two at the 2023 U17 World Championships will continue with Greco-Roman action at 45kg, 51kg, 60kg, 71kg and 92kg. 

AIN and India were the only countries to have two wrestlers each in the Greco-Roman finals.

Greco-Roman action at 48kg, 55kg, 65kg, 80kg and 110kg kicks off at 11:00 (local time).

The U17 World Championships in Istanbul will feature more than 600 wrestlers across three styles.

The U17 World Championships will begin in Istanbul on July 31.
