About Manzo Almeida Nzilu

Manzo Almeida Nzilu DIATUKA, an Angolan athlete born on 19, June 2005 is a Freestyle and Greco-roman wrestler. He began his sporting career in 2016 at the age of 11 in 2021 after signing with the club Trovoada Team, Coached by Francisco Kadima, being this year vice provincial champion and in the same year national champion in U17, called up as part of the 2022 national wrestling team participating in the African championship held in El Jadida Jadida Kingdom of Morocco in the 65kg category, ranked 4th in Greco-Roman and 5th in Freestyle in the following year 2023, he moved to the U20 category and participated in the national championship crowned champion and called up for the African championship, placing 5th in Greco-Roman and 7th in Freestyle. In the same year he was invited to be part of the Angolan mixed martial arts MMA team, winning his first bronze medal in an international event.
