Classement de fin d'année en lutte libre

CORSIER-SUR-VEVEY, Suisse (11 novembre) -- La dernière série de classements pour les lutteurs de lutte libre est sortie. Avec plus de six épreuves de classement et deux championnats, les lutteurs ont eu l'occasion de terminer dans les trois premiers et de récolter les prix.

Les lutteurs ont réussi à obtenir des points lors des quatre épreuves de Ranking Series, des championnats continentaux et des championnats du monde. Deux Jeux ont également été inclus dans la série de classement, mais seuls quatre événements au total ont été pris en compte pour l'attribution des points.

Voici les classements après la saison 2022.

1. Thomas GILMAN (USA) - $5000

Thomas GILMAN (USA) a obtenu la première place dans la catégorie des 57 kg après avoir été médaillé dans trois épreuves à points. Il a remporté les Championnats panaméricains et l'épreuve du Zouhaier Sghaier Ranking Series avant de terminer la saison par une deuxième place aux Championnats du monde. Au total, le médaillé de bronze des Jeux olympiques de Tokyo affiche 10-1 sur la saison.

Zelimkhan ABAKAROV (ALB) a remporté l'or à Belgrade et a accumulé 45 000 points de classement, ce qui lui a permis d'être catapulté à la deuxième place du classement des 57 kg. Avec sa victoire sur Gilman lors de la finale mondiale des 57 kg, l'Albanais de 29 ans est entré dans l'histoire de son pays, devenant le premier lutteur à remporter un titre mondial.

L'or d'Abakarov à Belgrade lui a également valu une place dans l'équipe All-World pour la Coupe du monde de lutte libre 2022, qui aura lieu à Coralville, dans l'Iowa (États-Unis), les 10 et 11 décembre.

Zanabazar ZANDANBUD (MGL) a terminé la saison à égalité avec Abakarov avec 45 000, mais en raison du meilleur classement de l'Albanais aux Championnats du monde, le Mongol s'est retrouvé en troisième position au classement des 57 kg. En 2022, il a notamment terminé à la cinquième place aux Championnats asiatiques et à l'événement Yasar Dogu Ranking Series, avant de terminer la saison par une médaille de bronze aux Championnats du monde 2022.

Rei HIGUCHI (JPN) a fait 8-0 pendant sa saison 2022 et a terminé l'année en tant que meilleur gars des 61kg. Il a remporté quatre matchs à chacune de ses sorties et s'est présenté sur le podium aux Championnats d'Asie et aux Championnats du monde.

Le jeune Arménien Arsen HARUTYUNYAN (ARM) termine l'année au deuxième rang mondial en 61kg après avoir remporté l'or européen et le bronze mondial.

Harutyunyan a eu la main levée dans 11 des 12 combats qu'il a disputés cette saison, et ne s'est incliné que face au futur champion du monde Higuchi en quart de finale mondiale. Bien que ce combat ne compte pas dans son total de points chez les seniors, le natif de Masis, en Arménie, âgé de 23 ans, a remporté son deuxième titre mondial U23 consécutif.

Suleyman ATLI (TUR) a terminé l'année au troisième rang mondial des 61 kg avec 39 120 points. Il a été vice-champion d'Europe et a obtenu la médaille de bronze au Zouhaier Sghaier Ranking Series. Bien qu'il n'ait pas remporté de médaille, il a terminé dans le top 10 des Championnats du monde et du Yasar Dogu Ranking Series.

Le champion du monde de Belgrade, Rahman AMOUZAD (IRI), a pris la tête du classement des 65 kg après avoir décroché l'or aux championnats continentaux et mondiaux. Au cours de sa campagne 2022, le jeune Iranien de 20 ans a battu les médaillés olympiques de Tokyo Haji ALIYEV (AZE) et Bajrang BAJRANG (IND).

Amouzad a battu Bajrang, médaillé de bronze à Tokyo, pour remporter le titre asiatique. Ensuite, il s'est imposé 9-2 contre le triple champion du monde et double médaillé olympique Aliyev en demi-finale des championnats du monde.

Bajrang a devancé le Hongrois Iszmail MUSZUKAJEV (HUN) de 200 points pour la place de n°2 en 65kg.

Bajrang a obtenu une médaille d'argent aux Championnats d'Asie et des médailles de bronze à la Coupe Bolt Turlykhanov et aux Championnats du monde et a terminé la saison avec 44 200 points.

Muszukajev a remporté les championnats d'Europe et a remporté à domicile le bronze des championnats du monde, terminant l'année avec 44 000 points.

Sebastian RIVERIA (PUR) avait également 44 000 points, mais il n'a pas remporté de médaille aux Championnats du monde, alors que Muszukajev l'a fait pour terminer devant Riveria.

Chez les 70 kg, 2 720 points ont fait la différence entre les lutteurs classés premier et troisième.

Zurabi IAKOBISHVILI (GEO) a devancé Ernazar AKMATALIEV (KGZ) et Taishi NARIKUNI (JPN) pour la première place avec trois médailles dans les épreuves par points. Il a remporté l'or européen en Hongrie et a terminé avec des médailles de bronze aux Championnats du monde et aux épreuves du Yasar Dogu Ranking Series.

Akmataliev a tout donné lors de deux épreuves du Ranking Series, ainsi que lors des championnats d'Asie et du monde. Il a été médaillé dans trois de ces événements, terminant avec l'or, l'argent et le bronze à la Bolat Turlykhanov Cup, aux Championnats d'Asie et aux Championnats du monde, respectivement. Il lui manquait 2 200 points pour atteindre la première place, ce qui aurait pu se produire avec une simple 10e place ou plus dans une épreuve du Ranking Series.

Bien qu'il ait remporté l'or asiatique et mondial, Narikuni n'a pas réussi à décrocher la première place de la catégorie de poids en obtenant 2 720 points, soit l'équivalent d'une neuvième place dans une épreuve du Ranking Series.

Tajmuraz SALKAZANOV (SVK)s'est emparé de la première place au classement mondial après avoir remporté 15 matchs consécutifs avant de s'incliner aux finales mondiales face au No. 2 Kyle DAKE (USA).

Salkazanov a remporté son second titre européen et s'est emparé des titres de Ranking Series au Matteo Pellicone et la Bolat Turlykhanov Cup. Il a lutté dans deux compétitions de plus que son adversaire américain et l'a dépassé de 13,000 points.

Cette sasison, Dake a participé aux Championnats panaméricains et du monde et a remporté l'or aux deux. il s'agissait de sa quatrième médaille d'or consécutive aux Championnats du monde et son deuxième titre aux Championnats panaméricains. Il a terminé la saison avec 58,000 points de classement, soit 11,000 points devant le lutteur classé troisième.

Soner DEMIRTAS (TUR) a conclu la saison classé No. 3 dans le monde après avoir terminé trois fois dans le top 10. Il a débuté la saison avec une victoire de la médaille d'or au Yasar Dogu, puis a terminé à la cinquième et à la huitième place aux Championnats du monde et d'Europe respectivement.

Il n'y avait personne pour défier Jordan BURROUGHS (USA) pour la première place en 79kg et il n'a laissé aucune chance à personne également. A Belgrade, Burroughs a remporté un sixième titre mondial, un record. Il a terminé en tête du classement avec 63000 points dont 45000 points grâce à l'or obtenu à Belgrade. En outre, il a remporté l'épreuve Yasar Dogu au début de l'année pour 13000 points avant que l'or des Panaméricains ne lui rapporte 5000 points.

A la deuxième place, la surprise vient d'Arsalan BUDAZHAPOV (KGZ) qui est passé de la quatorzième à la seconde place. Il a 51700 points dont 31000 points provenant de la médaille de bronze obtenue aux Championnats du monde. Il a également été médaillé de bronze au Yasar Dogu pour 10200 points. Une autre médaille de bronze aux Championnats d'Asie lui a rapporté 6500 points. Il a décidé de participer à la Bolat Turlykhanov Cup aussi et a terminé cinquième pour 4000 points.

Mais sa participation à différents évènements l'ont aidé à mieux terminer que le médaillé d'argent des Championnats du monde Mohammad NOKHODI (IRI) qui a 45000 points. L'argent de Belgrade lui a valu 37000 points et les autres 8000 points ont été remportés à l'épreuve Zouhaier Sghaier event où il a terminé avec une médaille d'or.

Il y avait peu de différence qui séparait les deux premiers en 86kg mais Boris MAKOEV (SVK) s'est emparé la première place avec 100 points de plus que Azamat DAULETBEKOV (KAZ). Makoev a terminé avec 49100 points grâce à sa participation à quatre épreuves. Il a débuté avec une neuvième place aux Championnats d'Europe pour 6500 points avant de remporter l'argent à la Bolat Turlykhanov Cup et le bronze au Matteo Pellicone. Les deux médailles valaient 11600 points combinées. Il a terminé la saison avec une médaille de bronze aux Championnats du monde pour 31000 points.

Dauletbekov a également participé à quatre épreuves, les Championnats d'Asie étant sa première. Il a remporté l'or en 86kg pour 10000 points avant d'ajouter 4000 points grâce à une cinquième place à la Bolat Turlykhanov Cup, peut-être le tournoi le plus crucial avec le recul.

Le lutteur Kazakh a certes remporté l'évènement Zouhaier Sghaier mais l'or ne lui a valu que 4000 points. Il a égalé Makoev pour le bronze aux Championnats du monde mais n'a pas réussi à le dépasser pour la première place.

La troisième place a été remportée par le champion du monde David TAYLOR (USA) qui a terminé avec 45000 points, tous obtenus grâce à l'or qu'il a remporté à Belgrade.

Hassan YAZDANI (IRI) a également terminé avec 45000 points mais à la quatrième place du fait que Taylor ait remporté l'or à Belgrade tandis que Yazdani remportait l'argent.

Le champion du monde Kamran GHASEMPOUR (IRI) était le grand favori pour terminer à la première place et il l'a fait en remportant la médaille d'or des 92kg à Belgrade. Il a obtenu 45000 points pour cette victoire et 8000 points de plus pour l'or qu'il a remporté à la Bolat Turlykhanov Cup pour un total de 53000 points.

Miriani MAISURADZE (GEO) a fait un gran saut de la 11ème place à la seconde place en remportant une médaille de bronze aux Championnats du monde. Avec 49700 points, il s'est assuré de dépasser le médaillé de bronze Osman NURMAGOMEDOV (AZE). Dans les trois épreuves pour des points auxquelles il a participé, Maisuradze a remporté le bronze aux Championnats d'Europe pour 6500 points, tout comme Nurmagomedov qui a également remporté une médaille de bronze.

Au Matteo Pellicone, les deux se sont rencontrés en finale qui a été remportée par Nurmagomedov qui a obtenu 8000 points tandis que Maisuradze a obtenu 6400 points. Ensuite, les deux ont remporté des médailles de bronze aux Mondiaux.

Les 5800 points de Maisuradze de plus que Nurmagomedov proviennent de l'épreuve Yasar Dogu où il a terminé neuvième.

Les finalistes mondiaux Kyle SNYDER (USA) et Batyrbek TSAKULOV (SVK) se sont livrés à une bataille serrée pour la première place et le premier l'a emporté avec 500 points de plus que Tsakulov.

Snyder a remporté la médaille d'or des Panaméricains pour 10000 points avant de remporter l'or au Zouhaier Sghaier et l'or mondial pour respectivement 8000 points et 45000 points et terminer avec 63000 points.

Tsakulov a commencé avec une médaille de bronze aux Championnats d'Europe pour 6500 points avant de remporter deux rankings series -- Bolat Turlykhanov et Matteo Pellicone -- pour 8000 points et 11000 points respectivement. Sa médaille d'argent aux Championnats du monde lui a valu seulement 37000 points car il n'a pas atteint le score de Snyder.

Magomedkhan MAGOMEDOV (AZE) a remporté la troisième place avec 47520 points qu'il a accumulé en remportant les Championnats d'Europe pour 10000 points, en terminant septième au Matteo Pellicone pour 6520 points et en remportant le bronze aux Championnats du monde pour 31000 points.

Taha AKGUL (TUR) et Geno PETRIASHVILI (GEO) ont échangé les deux premières places pendant longtemps mais le premier a fait la course en tête après avoir remporté les Championnats d'Europe et du Monde. Les deux médailles d'or ont rapporté 55000 points et il a également remporté l'or au Yasar Dogu pour 13000 points, portant son total à 63000 points.

Petriashvili a remporté l'argent aux Championnats d'Europe pour 8000 points mais a gagné aux épreuves de classement du Matteo Pellicone et du Zouhaier Sghaier, pour 8000 points chacun. Avec 24000 points, l'or aux Championnats du monde l'aurait porté au sommet mais il a terminé avec le bronze et 31000 points pour se contenter de la seconde place avec 55000 points.

La troisième place est revenue à Lkhagvagerel MUNKHTUR (MGL) qui a surpris Petriashvili pour atteindre la finale des Championnats du monde en 125kg. Il a atteint la finale au Yasar Dogu et obtenu 11400 points. Une médaille de bronze à la Bolat Turlykhanov Cup a ajouté 5200 points de plus à son compteur. Avec 37000 points des Championnats du monde, il a terminé avec 53600 points et à la troisième place.

Classement de la lutte féminine

CORSIER-SUR-VEVEY, Suisse (22 mars) -- Les championnats continentaux débutant le mois prochain, United World Wrestling a publié les classements qui détermineront les têtes de séries de ces tournois et offriront plus de points de classement aux lutteurs participants.

Les classements des femmes dans les 10 catégories de poids montrent que les lutteuses les mieux classées en début d'année ont bien l'intention de le rester à l'approche des championnats du monde qui se dérouleront au cours du second semestre.

Alors que les championnats continentaux comptent quatre têtes de série, les championnats du monde en comptent huit. Le tournoi de Belgrade donnera également des places qualificatives pour les Jeux Olympiques de Paris.

Voici la répartition des classements dans les 10 catégories de poids de lutte féminine après les épreuves de Ranking Series à Zagreb et Alexandria qui donnaient des points.

50kg
Yui SUSAKI (JPN) est revenue à l'épreuve de Ranking Series pour la première fois depuis cinq ans et a remporté l'or. En début d'année, elle avait 45000 points mais sa médaille d'or l'a portée à un total de 58000 points, 12800 points d'avance sur la deuxième, Otgonjargal DOLGORJAV (MGL) qui a 45200 points. Anna LUKASIAK (POL) a bondi d'une place pour devenir troisième avec 5050 points qu'elle a reçus pour avoir terminé 10ème à Zagreb.

Emilia VUC (ROU) a ajouté 5800 points à son score pour sa 9ème place à Alexandrie, la propulsant à la 5ème place. Jasmina IMMAEVA (UZB) est 6ème avec 29320 points car elle a terminé 7ème à Zagreb et 11ème à Alexandrie. Elle a récolté un total de 12320 points.

Elle était 10ème en début d'année mais Madison PARKS (CAN) a bondi à la 7ème grâce à sa 10ème place à Zagreb et sa 5ème place à Alexandrie. Elle a récolté 14480 points en deux tournois et a désormais 28780 points.

La nouvelle entrante dans le top 10 est Ziqi FENG (CHN) qui a 27000 points. Elle a terminé 3ème à Zagreb pour 16000 points et a remporté l'or à Alexandrie pour 11000 points de plus.

Miesinnei GENESIS (MGR), qui était auparavant 6ème avec 25000 points, a maintenant glissé à la 10ème place.

Elle n'a peut-être pas remporté de médailles à Zagreb et Alexandrie mais la championne du monde Dom PARRISH (USA) reste en tête du classement avec 50800 points. La médaillée d'argent mondiale Khulan BATKHUYAG (MGL) se maintient à la deuxième place avec 45520 points, 8520 points de plus que ses 37000 points du début de l'année.

Lucia YEPEZ (ECU) et Jonna MALMGREN (SWE), les deux lutteuses qui ont terminé 5ème aux championnats du monde, sont maintenant respectivement troisième et quatrième. Yepez a remporté la médaille d'or à Alexandrie pour 13000 points et a également obtenu 5800 points pour sa 11ème place à Zagreb. Malmgren a maintenant 33200 points grâce aux 8200 points qu'elle a récoltés pour sa huitième place à Alexandrie.

Iulia LEORDA (MDA) et Li DENG (CHN) sont entrèes dans le top 10 après les deux épreuves de classement. Leorda a 17680 points à la huitième place tandis que Deng a 16475 points à la 10ème place.

Le top trois en 55kg reste inchangé avec la championne du monde Mayu SHIDOCHI (JPN) en tête du classement. Mais Jacarra WINCHESTER (USA) arrive à la quatrième place, elle était sixième en début d'année. Elle a 33000 points car elle a remporté la médaille d'or à Alexandrie. Ce qui a repoussé Karla GODINEZ (CAN) à la cinquième place et Mariana DRAGUTAN (MDA) à la sixième.

Marina SEDNEVA (KAZ), qui était 10ème en début d'année avec 14300 points, a bondi à la septième place avec 19500 points. Elle a obtenu 5200 points pour sa médaille de bronze à Alexandrie.

Le saut de Sedneva signifie que Andreea ANA (ROU), Sushma SHOKEEN (IND) et Roksana ZASINA (POL) ont glissé d'une place chacune pour compléter la liste.

Helen MAROULIS (USA) est de retour au sommet. L'ancienne championne du monde était à 8000 points de la leader et championne du monde Tsugumi SAKURAI (JPN) au début de l'année mais l'a dépassée de 200 points avec une huitième place à Zagreb. Maroulis a désormais 45200 points pour la première place tandis que Sakurai reste à 45000 points.

Alina HRUSHYNA (UKR) et Anhelina LYSAK (POL) restent respectivement troisième et quatrième mais leur total de points a augmenté.

Yongxin FENG (CHN) est passé de la neuvième place à la cinquième place avec 33420 points car elle a remporté une médaille d'argent à Zagreb et a terminé septième à Alexandrie. Laylokhon SOBIROVA (UZB) est en sixième position avec 27875 points car elle a également participé aux deux épreuves, Zagreb et Alexandrie. La 13ème place à Zagreb lui a valu 5075 points tandis que la 9ème place à Alexandrie lui a donné 5800 points.

Davaachimeg ERKHEMBAYAR (MGL) et Zhala ALIYEVA (AZE), qui étaient respectivement cinquième et sixième, sont maintenant septième et huitième.

Giullia PENALBER (BRA) et Qi ZHANG (CHN) sont entrées dans le top 10 avec respectivement 23400 points et 18400 points.

Une médaille d'or au Zagreb Open et une d'argent à Alexandrie portent le total de points de la championne du monde Anastasia NICHITA's (MDA) à 53400 points, restant au sommet en 59kg. Il n'y a pas de changement dans le classement avant la septième position qui est désormais occupée par Diana KAYUMOVA (KAZ) avec 17500 points.

Kayumova était neuvième avec 13500 points mais elle a gagné deux places en passant de la septième à la cinquième place à Alexandrie. Cela signifie que MANSI (IND) est maintenant huitième, Solomiia VYNNYK (UKR) est neuvième et Abigail NETTE (USA)est dixième.

La championne du monde Nonoka OZAKI (JPN) a été pénalisée pour ne pas avoir concouru depuis qu'elle a remporté la médaille d'or à Belgrade. Elle était la lutteuse numéro un avec 45000 points mais Kayla MIRACLE (USA) a désormais 56200 points et a pris la première place.

De plus, la médaillée mondiale de bronze Xiaojuan LUO (CHN), qui était quatrième, est maintenant deuxième avec 48200 points. Elle a amélioré son classement grâce à sa 11ème place à Zagreb et une médaille d'argent à Alexandrie.

Ozaki est maintenant troisième avec 45000 points, Aisuluu TYNYBEKOVA (KGZ) sur ses talons en quatrième position avec 43075 points. Tynybekova a terminé 13ème à Zagreb mais a rebondi en remportant l'or à Alexandrie ce qui a porté son total de points de 25000 points à 43075 points.

La médaillée de bronze mondiale Ilona PROKOPEVNIUK (UKR) est sixième avec 36800 points tandis qu'Ana GODINEZ (CAN) est cinquième avec 33200 points. Sara LINDBORG (SWE) a terminé cinquième à Alexandrie pour 9000 points et a réussi à monter d'un rang pour la septième place avec 26000 points. Lais NUNES (BRA) est également passée de la 10ème à la 8ème place avec 23300 points.

Les deux nouvelles entrantes au top 10 sont Bilyana DUDOVA (BUL) qui a 22613 points et Grace BULLEN (NOR) avec 19600 points.

Irina RINGACI (MDA) a pris la deuxième place devant Ami ISHII (JPN) avec 39200 points contre 37000 pour Ishii. La médaillée de bronze mondiale Linda MORAIS (CAN) reste quatrième avec 31000 points.

Sofiya GEORGIEVA (BUL) est passée de la sixième à la quatrième place avec 28705 points contre 18200 précédemment. Elle a terminé 10ème à Zagreb et 15ème à Alexandrie.

Adela HANZLICKOVA (CZE) est entrée dans le top 10 avec 25800 points grâce à sa médaille d'argent à Zagreb. Elle a également terminé cinquième à Alexandrie, ce qui lui a permis d'améliorer son classement..

Yui SUSAKI (JPN) returned to the Ranking Series event for the first time in five years and won gold. At the start of the year, she had 45000 points but the gold took her total to 58000 points, 12800 points clear of the second-placed Otgonjargal DOLGORJAV (MGL) who has 45200 points. Anna LUKASIAK (POL) has jumped one place to third with the 5050 points she received for finishing 10th in Zagreb.

Emilia VUC (ROU) has added 5800 points for her ninth-place finish in Alexandria which pushed her to the fifth spot. Jasmina IMMAEVA (UZB) is sixth with 29320 points as she finished seventh in Zagreb and 11th in Alexandria. She collected a total of 12320 points.

She was 10th at the start of the year but Madison PARKS (CAN) has jumped to seventh with a 10th place finish in Zagreb and fifth in Alexandria. She collected 14480 points in the two tournaments and now has 28780 points.

The new entrant in the top 10 is Ziqi FENG (CHN) who has 27000 points. She finished third in Zagreb for 16000 points and won the gold in Alexandria for 11000 points more.

Miesinnei GENESIS (MGR), earlier sixth with 25000 points, has now slipped to 10th.

She may not have won any medals in Zagreb and Alexandria but world champion Dom PARRISH (USA) continues to lead the rankings with 50800 points. World silver medalist Khulan BATKHUYAG (MGL) remains second with 45520 points, 8520 points more than her 37000 points at the start of the year.

Lucia YEPEZ (ECU) and Jonna MALMGREN (SWE), the two wrestlers who finished fifth at World Championships, are now third and fourth respectively. Yepez won the gold medal in Alexandria for 13000 points and also has 5800 points for her 11th place finish in Zagreb. Malmgren now has 33200 points, thanks to the 8200 points she collected for her eighth-place finish in Alexandria.

Iulia LEORDA (MDA) and Li DENG (CHN) broke into the top 10 after the two ranking events. Leorda has 17680 points in the eighth spot while Deng has 16475 points at the 10th spot.

The top three at 55kg remain unchanged with world champion Mayu SHIDOCHI (JPN) leading the way. But coming in at number four is Jacarra WINCHESTER (USA), who was sixth at the start of the year. She has 33000 points as she won the gold medal in Alexandria. That has pushed Karla GODINEZ (CAN) to fifth and Mariana DRAGUTAN (MDA) to sixth.

Marina SEDNEVA (KAZ), who was 10th at the start of the year with 14300 points, has jumped to seventh with 19500 points. She got 5200 points for her bronze in Alexandria.

Sedneva's jump means that Andreea ANA (ROU), Sushma SHOKEEN (IND) and Roksana ZASINA (POL) have slipped one place each to complete the list.

Helen MAROULIS (USA) is back on top. The former world champion was 8000 points behind leader and world champion Tsugumi SAKURAI (JPN) at the start of the year but went 200 points ahead of her with an eighth-place finish in Zagreb. Maroulis now has 45200 points for the top spot while Sakurai remains at 45000 points.

Alina HRUSHYNA (UKR) and Anhelina LYSAK (POL) remain third and fourth respectively but their total points have increased.

Yongxin FENG (CHN) jumped from ninth to fifth with 33420 points as she won a silver medal in Zagreb and finished seventh in Alexandria. In the sixth position is Laylokhon SOBIROVA (UZB) with 27875 points as she also participated in both Zagreb and Alexandria. Finish 13th in Zagreb was worth 5075 points while finishing ninth in Alexandria gave her 5800 points.

Davaachimeg ERKHEMBAYAR (MGL) and Zhala ALIYEVA (AZE), who were fifth and sixth respectively, are now seventh and eighth.

Giullia PENALBER (BRA) and Qi ZHANG (CHN) have broken into top-10 with 23400 points and 18400 points respectively.

A gold medal at the Zagreb Open and silver in Alexandria took world champion Anastasia NICHITA's (MDA) total to 53400 points as she continues to remain number one at 59kg. There is no change in the rankings until the seventh position which is now occupied by Diana KAYUMOVA (KAZ) with 17500 points.

Kayumova was ninth with 13500 points but she improved two places to seventh with a fifth-place finish in Alexandria. That means that MANSI (IND) is now eighth, Solomiia VYNNYK (UKR) is ninth and Abigail NETTE (USA) is tenth.

World champion Nonoka OZAKI (JPN) has been hurt by not competing since winning the gold medal in Belgrade. She was the number one wrestler with 45000 points but Kayla MIRACLE (USA) now has 56200 points to jump to the top spot.

Not only that, world bronze medalist Xiaojuan LUO (CHN), who was fourth, is now second with 48200 points. She improved her rank with 11th-place finish in Zagreb and a silver medal in Alexandria.

Ozaki now sits third with 45000 points with Aisuluu TYNYBEKOVA (KGZ) on her heels at fourth with 43075 points. Tynybekova finished 13th in Zagreb but bounced back to win gold in Alexandria which took her total from 25000 points to 43075 points.

World bronze medalist Ilona PROKOPEVNIUK (UKR) is fifth with 36800 points while Ana GODINEZ (CAN) is sixth with 33200 points. Sara LINDBORG (SWE) finished fifth in Alexandria for 9000 points and managed to improve one rank to seventh with 26000 points. Lais NUNES (BRA) also jumped from 10th to eighth with 23300 points.

Two newcomers in the top-10 include Bilyana DUDOVA (BUL) who has 22613 points and Grace BULLEN (NOR) with 19600 points.
