She began in 2012 and apart from the one miss in 2017, Taybe YUSEIN from Bulgaria has won a World Championships medal at every edition, including a gold medal in 2018 in Budapest. The former junior world champ also has three silver medals, with the latest coming in Nursultan in 2019 at 62kg. She suffered a defeat via fall in the final of the 2019 Worlds. That medal earned her the right to represent Bulgaria in Tokyo. After finishing 13th at the Rio Olympics, Yusein will be making her second trip to the Games. She will be seeded number two for the Tokyo Games.
