Claimed her first senior-level gold medal at the Africa and Oceania Olympic Qualifier and punched Tunisia's ticket to the Tokyo Olympic Games. She also has four African medals, finishing with two silvers (‘17 and ‘19) and two bronzes (‘18 and ‘20). Hamdi has also welcomed top-five success at the prestigious Yasar Dogu three times. She claimed a Yasar Dogu Ranking Series silver in ‘18 and finished with back-to-back fifth-place finishes in ‘19 and ‘20.
